Your Complete User Agreement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with bat277 and to use any of the platform's services. bat277 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all product verticals including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. bat277 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 18 years of age. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method and no winnings from any bets placed while underage will be paid out.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bat277 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. bat277 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, bat277 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any bonus or promotional funds associated with those accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. bat277 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided. Where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, bat277 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

bat277 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification requires the submission of acceptable identity documentation, which may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the player's name and bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay number or bank account details)

bat277 may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bat277 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bat277 support staff will never ask you to provide your password or OTP code via any communication channel. You must notify bat277 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bat277 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain account credential security.

All bat277 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each promotion are stated on the individual promotion page. Players should review these terms carefully before claiming any bonus. bat277 does not apply hidden wagering conditions — all requirements are displayed clearly at the point of bonus acceptance.

bat277 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be restricted by account status, deposit history, geographic location, device type, or payment method used. Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing players and may be claimed only once per player. Players who have previously self-excluded and subsequently had their exclusion lifted may be subject to additional eligibility restrictions on promotional offers.

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited at bat277:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or deposit bonus more than once
• Placing offsetting bets (hedging) designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal real risk
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms
• Using bonus funds to place bets that are explicitly excluded from wagering requirement contributions (e.g., placing wagers solely on markets with near-zero house edge using bonus balances)
• Claiming a promotion using a payment method that is ineligible for that specific promotion

Where bat277 detects or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at bat277's sole discretion after internal review.

bat277 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus that has already been accepted and is being actively wagered by a player at the time of the change. bat277 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions where operationally practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat277 platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility for bat277's services in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using bat277 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. bat277 applies AML controls and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker formats or sharing insider information in sports betting.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of known or suspected software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such issues must report them to bat277 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with markets available on bat277's sportsbook.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to bat277. bat277 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may pursue recovery of fraudulently disputed funds through legal channels.

Players are expected to communicate respectfully with bat277 customer support staff and with other players in any shared platform feature (e.g., live game chat). Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at bat277 staff or other players are prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior warning.

bat277 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service at all times. The bat277 platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows, in response to technical faults, or due to circumstances beyond bat277's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, and force majeure events. bat277 accepts no liability for losses incurred by players as a result of platform downtime or unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat277's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to bat277 in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. bat277 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the player's use of the bat277 platform, regardless of whether bat277 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The bat277 platform incorporates games and content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. bat277 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party content. In the event of a dispute relating to a third-party game outcome, bat277 will liaise with the relevant game provider on the player's behalf to review the server-side game log, which shall be the definitive record of game events.

bat277 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or urgent security considerations, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the bat277 platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the bat277 platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
